No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are allowed after legal services are requested except as allowed by the law firm in writing prior to services being performed by the law firm.

There are no express or implied warranties of any kind offered by the law firm. The terms of your written retainer agreement govern and override all other agreements between you and the law firm.
